Hombre, en fbtb lo han explicado bien, por fin!!!

The LEGOFan board decided to not have forums. The site is intended to be a portal for new fans more than a hub discussion site. This being said, LEGOFan will have question/answer forms for new hobbyists and hopefully blogs to hear the latest happenings from LEGO Community Team members (Steve, Jan, etc) and LEGO Ambassadors.

Es decir, es un fan para novatos, no para AFOLs expertos :), ahora, al menos debería tener la misma FAQ que hay en la web de LEGO y estaría estupendo!!!
